END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT - EULA

Use of 'Music Playlist Utility' (hereinafter 'SOFTWARE') is contingent on your
agreement to the following terms:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
-------------------
The SOFTWARE is not free software. You may use this software for evaluation
purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after
the 30 day evaluation period, you must pay registration fee. If you are using
the SOFTWARE free of charge under the terms of this Agreement, you are not
entitled to any support whatsoever.
2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COLOGON SOFTWARE FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE
OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH RECIPIENT. TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FTPX CORP. BE LIABLE
FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS
PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY
LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT,
EVEN IF COLOGON SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
3. SCOPE OF GRANT

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE. Cologon Software
shall retain title and all ownership rights to the SOFTWARE. One registered copy of the
SOFTWARE may either be used by a single person who uses the SOFTWARE personally on one
or more computers, or installed on a single workstation
used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may access the
registered version of the SOFTWARE through a network, provided that you have obtained
individual licenses for the SOFTWARE covering all workstations that will access the
SOFTWARE through the network.
4. COPYRIGHT
------------
This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as
well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
5. MAINTENANCE
--------------
FTPx is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE. However,
any maintenance or updates provided by Cologon Software shall be covered by this
Agreement.
6. DISTRIBUTION
---------------
You may copy the evaluation version of this SOFTWARE and documentation as you wish,
and give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the
evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via
electronic means. But you should not charge or requesting donations for any such copies
however made and from distributing the SOFTWARE and/or documentation with other products
without the author's written permission.
